The name ludodidactics was given to a design method that has been under development since 1995, which culminated in the publication of the book ‘Ludodidactics: design for didacticians’ by pioneering education professionals, Willem-Jan Renger and Evert Hoogendoorn. This book is about this design method, rooted in two fields: game design and didactics.
